General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") of the video portal www.livesignal.tv and it's associated client domains and payment gateways located at www.livesignal.tv, operated by: Livesignal TV s.r.o., Trojická 1904/14, 128 00 Prague 2 , IČ: 05665035, DIČ: CZ05665035 (hereinafter referred to as the "The operator"), entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague and affiliated domains and payment gateways located at www.livesignal.tv, concluded between the operator and another natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the "user") via an Internet video portal located at www.livesignal.tv and affiliated domains of clients and gateways located at www.livesignal.tv (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
These GTC of the video portal www.livesignal.tv are binding in full for all users of the video portal. The operator reserves the right to unilaterally change the conditions of the system without prior notice. The new changes are effective from the moment they are published on www.livesignal.tv. This provision does not affect the rights and obligations arising during the period of validity of the previous version of the GTC.
The video portal www.livesignal.tv provides video transmission with paid access for viewing (pay per view - hereinafter referred to as the "PPV").
Payment for PPV services can be made via the e-commerce interface on the website www.livesignal.tv with a payment card. In both cases, payments are made in Czech crowns (CZK) and Euros (EUR).
The operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the video portal www.livesignal.tv, is not liable for the presented content of websites of third parties using the iframe www.livesignal.tv, or for other content and data inserted or uploaded by other entities.
The operator is not responsible for outages of electricity, internet or other subcontracting services such as the so-called Content Delivery Network (CDN).
The operator is not liable for damages caused by incompatible Software (SW) or Hardware (HW) on the part of the user, including insufficiently fast internet connection, or other facts that prevent smooth video viewing.
The right to complain about the PPV service arises if the user could not watch more than half of the time from the entire purchased online video transmission, except for the conditions described in points 1.4. to 1.6.
Complaints can only be made in writing by e-mail to: redakce@livesignal.tv, no later than 24 hours from the start of the online transmission.

User account
Registration for PPV users is mandatory. The user is obliged to provide correct, true personal data and a valid e-mail contact.
The data will not be provided to any third party and will be handled in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended.
The user agrees to the processing of the following personal data: name and surname, date of birth, bank details, residential address, e-mail address, telephone number (hereinafter collectively referred to as "personal data").
The user agrees to the processing of personal data by the operator for the purposes of exercising the rights and obligations of the GTC, for the purposes of maintaining a user account and for the purpose of sending information and business messages to the user.
Personal data will be processed indefinitely in electronic form in an automated manner. The user confirms that the personal data provided is correct, true and that it was provided voluntarily.
The user undertakes not to provide third parties or abuse his own unique access to paid videos. If he finds abuse on his own video portal, he has the right to block the user's account. Misuse or sharing of access data, including the videos themselves, may result in financial loss to Livesignal TV s.r.o. This financial damage, including any other damages, is the company Livesignal TV s.r.o. authorized to enforce in court.
Registration for users of PPV services and use of PPV services (eg watching online video transmissions) is intended only for persons who has over 18 years of age from the Czech Republic.
Scope of the service
To use the services offered by the operator, registration and payment of a fee is required - see point 2 of these GTC.
The operator offers paid online video transmissions. The operator is only a distributor of the video signal, ie it does not bear any responsibility for the quality of the video signal, except in cases where Livesignal TV s.r.o. is also the producing company of the event (eg: event, sport, conference).
Watching online video broadcasts must not be used for public production (eg: sports bars, restaurants, pubs, clubs, ...) and also for the use of information from the broadcast for other media (eg: internet portals, sports news, ...) in real time. In the event of such use, the payer of the PPV service will be sanctioned by blocking the broadcast within the framework of unauthorized use and is subject to possible criminal prosecution for violation of the owner of rights for online presentation, including financial benefit from unauthorized enrichment.
Final provisions
The operator reserves the right to unilaterally change the services offered without prior notice to the user. All changes to the services and the current valid GTC are published at www.livesignal.tv
The operator is entitled to terminate the provision of services to the user in the event of a breach of the GTC. If the relationship related to the use of the website in contains of international (foreign) element, then the parties agree that the relationship is governed by Czech law and the general courts of the Czech Republic have substantive and territorial jurisdiction in case of dispute resolution. This does not affect the consumer's rights arising from generally binding legal regulations.
If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid or ineffective, the invalid provision will be replaced by a provision whose meaning is as close as possible to the invalid provision. The invalidity or ineffectiveness of one provision shall not affect the validity of the other provisions. Changes to the terms and conditions require a written form.
